E-learning - GEAR Tool - Steps 1 and 2

The Learning Repository of SPEAR project - co-funded by H2020 - includes a comprehensive collection of teaching and learning materials, which can be used throughout the implementation of the Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in SPEAR's Implementing Partners (IPs). SPEAR's learning materials are attractive and user-friendly and some of the e-learning chapters are made available for any interested user.

The GEAR Tool Step 1 and 2 is a specific interactive learning material introducing the first two key steps of implementing gender equality plans. The steps are: Step 1 - Getting Started and Step 2 - Analysing and assessing the state-of-play in the institution.
