I am a PhD candidate at the Institute for Science Communication and Higher Education Research in Vienna, currently finishing my dissertation on "Academic Careers in Austria" in historical perspective. I participated in various international projects, most notably "EuroAc - The Future of the Academic Profession". I have also authored several research reports for the federal Ministry of Science and Research in Austria and contributed to the "Beirat für Gender und Diversität" (Advisory Council on Gender and Diversity, Austrian Minstry for Science and Research) as an expert on academic careers and the Austrian version of the tenure-track.
