About you (please use English):
Sales professional within shipping industry, volunteer, vivid activist and advocate of inclusion and women rights.
Passionate to see peace prosperity and progress in gender inclusion topics by engaging in different small ^ big debates, collaborations and authentic discussions in smaller scale. Living between two extremes of understanding gender > Uzbekistan and the Nordics, I see the Nordic societies have to stand up for women rights and protect the legacy to keep up the basic human rights elsewhere in the world.
I have advocated for migrants\ employment opportunities and access to job market in Denmark, followed the mentoring network of European Women Lobby for migrant women in politics and it has been amazing to see the work that is getting done but heard by so little audiences.
I hope to join this forum and forge meaningful disruptions with like minded people!
Because the world is looking and will follow the steps of the pioneers. I want to see the future of work without focus on gender but focused on life design, people living out full potential and better parenting strategies.

I am born and raised in Uzbekistan and have lived in the Nordics past 14 years. Have a strong advocate and activist track record on inclusion, minority empowerment and youth work. I also have worked 7 years in a man-dominated shipping field in top sales executive positions.
My track record with inclusion and diversity started back in 2006 first with Kvinfo mentoring experienced and then as a debator since 2009 in Denmark and now in Finland with a help of networks>European Young leaders and Transatlantic inclusion leaders with the German Marshall fund.
