About you (please use English)
Feminist, mother, academic, researcher and training specialist committed to creating more equal worlds of work. Clare holds an MA and PhD in gender equality areas and also holds a BA and MSc in Human Resource Management. Her recent book Complex Inequality and ‘working mothers’ was published by Cork University Press in 2015 and she has published several peer reviewed journal articles and delivered numerous workshops and presented at several international conferences. She recently project managed the implementation of the EU FP7 action research project - Female Empowerment in Science and Technology in Academia (FESTA) in the University of Limerick.
