Everything you wanted to know about structural change but were afraid to ask
The INTEGER project is based on the use of transformational action plans formed from established gender tools - tailored to individual organisations, - fully and properly implemented down to the local level from senior management - with measured outputs, that will promote, embed and mainstream gender equity within the participating organisations, with the result of increasing career progression of women in research and academia.
Partners 1. UK Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology, UK (UKRC) acting as co-ordinator and gender consultant to the implementing partners; 2. Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (TCD) with implementation in schools from of the Faculty of Engineering, Maths and Science (FEMS); 3. Siauliai University, Lithuania (SU) with implementation in the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics and/or the Faculty of Technology; 4. Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, France, (CNRS) represented by its Mission pour la place des femmes, with local implementation in the Institute of Physics and the Institute for Mathematical Sciences; 5. Additionally the Centre of Excellence for Women in Science, Germany (GESIS) will be acting as independent evaluator for the project.
